I’m swimming in a sea of white
Too flaky to survive
I’m helpless and I’m miserable
Watching and waiting till I’m eaten alive.
I look to my left
I look to my right
I Search for my friends
They’re out of sight.
I had a home I really loved
It was warm and it was dry
I've Been relocated without consent
I’m cold and wet and waiting to die.
Survival of the fittest
Oh, how strongly it relates
Some will swim until the end
While others will plan to meet their fate.
But it's so difficult to tread
In this forever stretching sea
my arms are tired, but no matter
ill cling to these sides endlessly.
I open my eyes but I wish I didn’t
His mouth is dirty and enormous
I try to swim to the other side
His teeth are preparing to deform us.
Metal slices through the sea
There’s a snap a crackle and a pop
Reluctantly I rise to the surface
I need to scream I need it to stop.
But then I remember
I don’t have a choice
All I’ve got is fiber
No brain and no voice.
For all I am is cereal
Sitting in a bowl
Waiting for my immanent fate
Life in a box was getting dull.
You, man with the mouth
I'll let you be the winner
Catch me with your catchers net
Just eat something new for dinner.
Empty the rest down the drain
Let them be free from harm
I’ll take one for the team
All this for a lucky charm.
